1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using SnapSheet ("the Extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Extension.

2. Description of Service

SnapSheet is a Chrome extension that uses AI to extract structured data from webpages and convert it into spreadsheet format. The service includes a free tier and paid subscription plans.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Extension to extract data in violation of any website's terms of service.
• Use the Extension for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the Extension.
• Use automated tools to exceed your plan's extraction limits.
• Extract or attempt to extract passwords, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@snapsheet.org.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of SnapSheet is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Page content sent for extraction is processed by AI and is not stored after processing on the free tier.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SnapSheet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI extraction may not be 100% accurate. We do not guarantee that the Extension will work on every webpage or produce perfect results. You are responsible for verifying extracted data before use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnapSheet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
